Fantastic location with convenient access to train and bus stations. The hotel was very modern with high-quality facilities and great service. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The rooms were a bit small and lacked sufficient space to open suitcases. It was inconvenient not to have a hot water boiler in the room, and carrying boiling water from the ground floor to the room was not practical.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me despite any language barriers. The attention to detail really impressed me, from the thoughtful inclusion of a free mobile phone to the availability of public baths on the 7th floor. The showers in the room were a great touch and much appreciated. The room size was more than adequate, particularly for Japan, and the lack of a room safe was a minor inconvenience.
Everything was ok, no improvements needed.

Had a great xmas stay in a hotel with spacious rooms and excellent bathroom amenities. The complimentary onsen was a bonus. Loved the variety of snacks and drinks in the vending machines on the 7th-floor and the free coffee in the lobby was a great touch. The location was perfect for getting around easily and there are lots of nice hole-in-the-wall dining options nearby.
The staff were courteous but at times a bit serious. , there weren't a lot of restaurant options for picky eaters.
